[subtitler-l] 3 line subs?

1) for the moment there is no solution for 3 lines. we will have a  
beta for that (and other things)  but only in october.
2) it is misleading. what counts is the framerate of the imported  
movie. but this menu is only available when you have imported a movie.  
so import a movie of any kind.
